We are aware that sometimes jobs have to be advertised in a discreet manner so as not give away the client’s identity – we are good at this. We search through our extensive database of existing candidates which means that we are not relying solely on responses to new job ads. We also have arrangements with certain longstanding clients to send through CVs of promising candidates on a ‘first refusal’ basis – we are able in some cases to anticipate the type of candidate the client needs. Obviously we cannot guarantee that clients take all our candidates – but we can assure you that all CVs will be relevant.

There are a number of promotional options allowing clients to target the candidates as accurately and quickly as possible and to promote the brands or products where appropriate. For example, we offer job of the week, job of the month, hotlinks from banners and strategically placed boxes straight back to your website/mailbox. This will be backed up by articles covering remuneration scales, job descriptions and job progression. Our aim is to provide you with high quality candidates in a swift and transparent fashion.
