We also have arrangements with certain longstanding clients to send through CVs of promising candidates on a \u2018first refusal\u2019 basis \u2013 we are able in some cases to anticipate the type of candidate the client needs. Obviously we cannot guarantee that clients take all our candidates \u2013 but we can assure you that all CVs will be relevant.<\/p>\n<p>There are a number of promotional options allowing clients to target the candidates as accurately and quickly as possible and to promote the brands or products where appropriate. For example, we offer job of the week, job of the month, hotlinks from banners and strategically placed boxes straight back to your website\/mailbox. This will be backed up by articles covering remuneration scales, job descriptions and job progression.
